This is an exciting casting opportunity for young people in and around Stoke-on-Trent.

Rotten Park Road's independent feature film, Happy Little Bunnies, is currently in pre-production and will be going into production this June. We have a few children's roles to cast and we would like to prioritise enthusiastic children and young people from in and around Stoke-on-Trent, which is where the filming will be taking place.

No acting experience is necessary - just confidence and enthusiasm! Our informal casting workshops will be held on Sunday 28th April. Details will be confirmed upon application. This is an unpaid opportunity, but we feel it will be a wonderful experience for local young people. Please email your submission of interest to info@rottenparkroad.com with:

- A recent photo of the young person (professional headshots are wonderful but not expected).

Young Carl - Male. Playing age 10 to 12 years old. Slim, active boy. Spends a lot of time playing out with his dog. Confident and smiley. Some swearing. Preferably Northern accent. Preferably local to Stoke-on-Trent.

Michael - Male. Playing age 17. Excellent football player. (Advantageous if the boy playing Michael is also good at football, but not essential). Slim, athletic and active teenager. Confident and popular. Preferably Northern accent. Preferably local to Stoke-on-Trent.

Pencilled filming dates: 1st and 9th June

Midget - Female. Playing age 8 to 9 years old. (Real age could be up to 12 for a small child). Small, quite meek looking. Long hair. She often gets overlooked, as her father has no time for girls and devotes his energies to his boys. Preferably Northern accent. White, Caucasian. Preferably brunette, as she is playing a child version of an actress already cast.

Pencilled filming dates: 1st and 9th June

Becky & Holly - Female. Playing age 16. Real age could be anything from 15 up to around 21. Teenage girls, in their final year of high school. Cheeky and outgoing, enthusiastic and bubbly. Some swearing/bad language.

Pencilled shoot date: 9th June

Boy - Male. Playing age 13. (Could be a little older or younger, depending on height). Any ethnicity. Preferably Northern accent. Average school kid who talks to his friend about his brother getting signed to Manchester United football club.
